2 Sicilian eggplants (sliced thin with skin)
4 cloves garlic (crushed & chopped)
1 red onion (sliced thin)
½ cup basil (chopped)
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Olive oil (for grilling & drizzling)
1 tablespoon capers with about 1 tablespoon of juice
Grill eggplant on griddle with a little olive oil drizzled over eggplants.
Grill until golden.
Grill garlic, onions, basil and capers together and add ketchup and hot sauce.

That looks super delicious and easy to whip up. I like what appears to be the predominant flavor of garlic, but it may not predominate at all...I'll need to make it first to find out! Thanks for posting this.
