2 ½ lbs. chop meat
1 lb. bag of frozen peas
3 ripe beef steak tomatoes (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 cup fresh basil (chopped)
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 box of your favorite macaroni
Romano cheese for grating
In large frying pan cook chop meat and then drain in colander and set aside.
Heat large frying pan with olive oil and place tomatoes, garlic, basil and peas. Toss and sauté until tomatoes are soft.
Cook macaroni as directed on box.
Add chop meat and macaroni to veggies and toss.
Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with grated Romano cheese.

Great looking recipe, except for the peas. On the other hand, my wife loves to put peas in everything, so I will probably have to put up with my least favorite veggie again.
Will try with a nice Chianti.
