Garden Potato Salad


You will need:

5 lbs. red potatoes (boiled & quartered)
½ cup cilantro (chopped)
½ cup parsley (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (crushed & chopped)
½ red onion (sliced)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
tsp. dried oregano
tsp. dried basil
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
¼ cup olive oil
juice of ½ fresh lemon
2 tablespoons vinegar

Prepare potatoes and let cool before quartering.

In large bowl combine all of above ingredients and toss.
