Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 oz. chocolate pudding mix
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ cup pretzels – crushed
4 tablespoons butter – softened
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
6 tablespoons Coca Cola
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
In a mix-master combine the pudding mix, flour, sugar, baking soda and crushed pretzels.
With the speed on low add the egg, vanilla, softened butter and Coca Cola and continue to mix until the batter is well combined.
Place on a greased baking pan or parchment paper by the teaspoon full.
Bake 10 -12 minutes.
These cookies are sweet treat with a cup of tea.

Hhmm...not sure this one is for me...I like pretzels as they are such a lovely savoury snack and I think turning them into something chocolatey would spoil them for me!!

What an interesting cookie recipe, I have never tried adding pudding mix, coca cola or pretzels to a cookie recipe before..looks very yummy!
Love the idea of the pretzels and chocolate together. A surprise was the coke. Guess these must be southern cookies (smile) because when I was growing up in the south, coke was in a lot of things including a sauce for ham.
