Ingredients:
Fresh peaches – peeled and sliced
Raisins
Fresh basil – chopped
Red onion – sliced
Drizzles of honey
Balsamic vinegar
Combine all of the above in a bowl. Drizzle with the honey and balsamic vinegar
and toss.
This is a lovely salad to make with ripe peaches. It is fresh and perfect for any picnic.

The peaches have been wonderful this season haven't they. I made a similar salad and everyone enjoyed it very much. I can't get enough of peaches and eat them as often as possible during their season.
